The river of juice flows from your mouth into your body and it is like a stream of love that your just knows to love you for! Give it a try, your body is begging you, it’s practically giddy with excitement…
- 1 green apple, quartered and seeded
- A handful of curly kale and a handful of baby spinach
- juice of half a lemon (use a citrus juicer if you have one for maximum efficiency)
- 1 finger of ginger, peeled
- 3 celery stalks
- 1/2 english cucumber
Carefully clean each vegetable with water and cut into pieces small enough to juice. When juicing, follow the handfuls of leafy greens with the more solid vegetables to get every last drop of divine goodness from each.
Our bodies are thirsty for the nutrients this green liquor so humbly gifts: vitamins c and k from the cucumber, vitamin a from the carotenoids in the spinach, vitamins B2 and B6 in kale, and so, many, others.
